The Sartain Lanier Family Foundation funds and collaborates with organizations expanding and enhancing literacy instruction, afterschool and summer programs, and college and career readiness for K-12 students in Fulton, Clayton, DeKalb, Cobb and Gwinnett counties. Share your work
The Exploratory Submission form is the best way to introduce your organization to us, and any organization may complete it at any time. It is not a formal grant application. We review every submission and will contact you if we would like to learn more or invite a full proposal.
What to expect
We are not able to respond to every email or accept every meeting request. We prioritize our time with current and recent grantee partners, organizations whose work closely aligns with our stated funding priorities, and fellow funders, donors, and civic leaders collaborating on K-12 education in Atlanta.
Please note
We do not respond to requests that fall outside our stated funding priorities. We do not fund individuals, booster clubs, event sponsorships, or work outside K-12 education or our five-county area.
